This is NOT a desk job. This is a 50-50 role – half on the warehouse floor, half on systems and process improvement.

About the Role

As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless logistics, team leadership, and client management. This is a hands-on role where you will:

  • Team Leadership – Manage and mentor a small warehouse team (2-3 people) while working alongside them.
  • Picking, Packing & Dispatch – Actively handle warehouse operations, ensuring orders go out correctly and on time.
  • Container Unloading & Stock Handling – Get involved in the physical movement of goods when required.
  • Forklift Operation – Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts confidently and efficiently.
  • Process Optimization – Drive smarter, faster, cost-effective warehouse operations while maintaining quality and safety.
  • Inventory Control – Monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure shipments meet customer demands on time.
  • Customer-Centric Approach – Work directly with clients, answer queries, and ensure they receive top-level service.
  • Be the Face of Trident – Engage with clients daily to deliver high-quality 3PL services and strengthen relationships.
  • Think & Act Like a Business Owner – This is not just a job; we want someone who is invested in the company’s success and growth.

About You – The Attitude We’re Looking for

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in warehousing & logistics – You know the industry, and you’re ready to level up.
  • Forklift License (Counterbalance & High Reach) – Non-negotiable. You should be confident and efficient on the forklift.
  • WMS & Microsoft Office Skills – You should be comfortable navigating warehouse management systems and using tech to streamline operations.
  • A Master in Pick & Packing – Or, at the very least, someone eager to become one.
  • WHS & Compliance Knowledge – Safety first. Always.
  • A Long-Term Vision – We’re looking for serious professionals with PR or a long-term visa who want to grow with us.
